Or is that, Stace … er … well, Google has kissed Designer Ella and Lipped Media by boosting Kiss Me, Stace (fashion blog).
Google has moved Kiss Me, Stace up to positions 3 and 4 for our most personally coveted keywords. This does not mean a lot alone, but it suggests we’re boosted overall. The official Page Rank is still a 5, but that might just change next update!
As such, we get a few hundred more visits from the search engine daily! This means a lot for various opportunities for growth.
We’re sure this is the benefit of a lot of fidgeting with SEO. Also, Ella started blogging a lot more per week a while back. We guess Google just finally notice everything.
It feels really nice when Google likes you.

There have been such crazy gains (Style-Spotlight is #4), mostly not deserving (sites feeding off of each other), so I feel a little bad. But Pursed Lips was the biggest gain, and that was because of 2 links from the list-topping site.

Delight, the blog that shops and discovers new delightful things, has discovered and featured our Pursed Lips, with a focus on our speakout against knockoffs!
Do you know how to spot a knock-off Coach from the designer original? We didn’t either - that is, until we checked out Pursed Lips and its super-interesting “knock-off speak-out” section. That’s right, this site covers buying designer bags on eBay and even profiles some fantastic sales and new styles. If you’re interested in spending some hard-earned cash on a designer bag, stop by for the full scoop. ‘Cause if it’s a deal that seems too good to be true, maybe it is.
Thanks for the compliment, but we’d like to remind visitors that Pursed Lips is a total handbag blog, literally obsessively covering the hottest styles!

Whoa! No, I did not exclaim an expletive when I saw this achievement, today. No, not at all.

Pursed Lips rose 13 points on PubSub, today, as the biggest gain, and reached #4, behind only top, top celebrity blogs. I couldn’t imagine this happening. I can’t figure out how this could happen. It has nothing to do with my editor status, I can assure you (more on that later on Kiss Me, Stace). And despite my volunteering there, I really have nothing to do with ranking, I even don’t understand it one bit. It’s just proof that all of my peers have equal shots, and don’t be jealous; I’m still tiny. O:-)
