Delight, the blog that shops and discovers new delightful things, has discovered and featured our Pursed Lips, with a focus on our speakout against knockoffs!
Do you know how to spot a knock-off Coach from the designer original? We didn’t either - that is, until we checked out Pursed Lips and its super-interesting “knock-off speak-out” section. That’s right, this site covers buying designer bags on eBay and even profiles some fantastic sales and new styles. If you’re interested in spending some hard-earned cash on a designer bag, stop by for the full scoop. ‘Cause if it’s a deal that seems too good to be true, maybe it is.
Thanks for the compliment, but we’d like to remind visitors that Pursed Lips is a total handbag blog, literally obsessively covering the hottest styles!

Whoa! No, I did not exclaim an expletive when I saw this achievement, today. No, not at all.

Pursed Lips rose 13 points on PubSub, today, as the biggest gain, and reached #4, behind only top, top celebrity blogs. I couldn’t imagine this happening. I can’t figure out how this could happen. It has nothing to do with my editor status, I can assure you (more on that later on Kiss Me, Stace). And despite my volunteering there, I really have nothing to do with ranking, I even don’t understand it one bit. It’s just proof that all of my peers have equal shots, and don’t be jealous; I’m still tiny. O:-)

Kiss Me, Stace has been mentioned, star-featured and newly linked-to a lot in these last few weeks. The most notable being an exclusive, recurring (6 times) feature on New York Metro’s “collective wisdom about the Fall 2006 shows.” Our fashion blog was among names like WWD, Style.com, the New York Times and British Vogue, and one of only 4 blogs included.
The rundown included quick summaries and sentence quotes from each featured article, including this gem of Ella’s, “The show was the fashion equivalent of a mime on a street, no words to speak to me.” (From a review on DKNY.)
This goes along with New York Metro’s overall recognition of blogging and an entire section on the business of blogs.
We think they’re fabulous.

The Glam ads are firmly in place on all current blogs, in plenty of time for the grand opening of Glam’s blogs section to give more publicity and exposure. I can hardly wait.

The blogs in Lipped Media have Joined the Glam Network. They recruited us and have been really great. I’m easing the ads into each blog and tweaking the layouts. It’s going to take a couple of days. But the ads are now live on Kiss Me, Stace.
